BRACE Design Embarks on a New Adventure

So, I'll cut to the chase: I've always wanted BRACE Design to be an outdoorsy styled business, even though it has hardly shown through. My backyard is the expansive Colorado Rocky Mountains, and I have always been inspired by large, majestic, rocks. How this inspiration translates into mechanical design work is beyond me, but every foray I have into the wilderness, or a mountain village, creates a yearning in me to push the boundaries of my work.

That said, BRACE Design has primarily focused on luxury mechanical design and custom watchmaking, whose clientele doesn't necessarily overlap with the outdoor community. So how do I meld the two together?

Well, that's the challenge, and thus the start of the next chapter of BRACE Design.

Long story short: we're expanding our horizons to encompass a range of high-performance, quality-driven outdoor apparel and bringing out rugged watches and will draw new inspiration from the great outdoors and the mountain lifestyle.

Our outdoor apparel line will embody the spirit of exploration, crafted from high-performance materials that are both durable and comfortable. These will be made by our carefully selected partners, to ensure maximum quality, longevity, and ethics for your clothing selection. Here are some of the first arrivals:

Rugged Watches for the Unwavering Adventurer

Complementing our outdoor apparel will be a collection of rugged watches, designed to withstand the rigors of any adventure. These watches are engineered to endure the harshest environments, featuring robust stainless steel or titanium cases, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass, and secure screw-down crowns that ensure water resistance up to 200 meters. Conquering mountain peaks, exploring uncharted depths, or navigating urban landscapes, these timepieces will keep pace with your every endeavor.

Neither of these two concepts are finalized yet, but they will look approximately the same. The one on the right will be the first of a limited-edition release of watches, featuring outdoor inspired artwork on the face.
