When will my order ship?
Some of our products (such as our clothing) are made to order, so after your order is placed, please allow for 2-7 business days for your item to be processed before being shipped. Shipping times are generally as follows: USA: 5-8 business days. International: 10-20 business days.
Can you do rush orders?
We try to get everything to you as fast as possible in the first place, and if we go any faster, things would catch on fire.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
► Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
► Ask your local post office if they have your package.
► Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number. All claims must be made within one week of the estimated delivery date!
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges on clothing or apparel, but if you're unhappy or there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know within one week after delivery by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Watches may be returned up to 7 days within delivery confirmation, provided merchandise is in new condition, has not been worn, altered, or special ordered from a third party. To request a return, please email us at email@example.com. Upon approval and receipt of the the return, a credit or refund shall be processed minus a restocking fee of 9% of the total purchase price.
For special orders, unique, custom, ultra-rare, and special edition watches - all sales are final.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
We will not issue returns for watch strap color changes. If you do not like the color of a strap and another color is not available at our store, email us at email@example.com and we will work to get you a different color if possible, either through purchase, special order, or other means at BRACE Design's discretion.
Do you service watches?
We understand that mechanical/automatic watches require servicing from time to time, however we do not have the capacity to handle it ourselves. Our watch movements are known well enough in the industry that any watch repair shop should be capable of servicing your watch.
TERMS OF SERVICE
BRACE Design accepts no liability after purchase. What you do with your purchase is solely on you. By purchasing our products, you take full responsibility for your interactions with said products and you release BRACE Design from all liability of what might occur through these interactions.
BRACE Design watches come with a one (1) year Limited Warranty that cover manufacturer defects.
All warranty claims and associated repairs are handled directly by BRACE Design. Watches must be originally purchased through BRACE Design or a BRACE Design authorized retailer to be eligible for a warranty claim. A copy of the receipt is required for proof of purchase and warranty dating. Required service outside of the scope of our warranty may be granted, if approved prior by BRACE Design. This warranty does not cover the watch case, watch bracelet, strap, crystals, screws or normal wear over time. This warranty will be void if the watch has been mishandled or used under extraordinary conditions (except for spacewalks, which we will warranty). Any customization done by the customer or a third-party voids the BRACE Design warranty. Our watches are water resistant, not waterproof and should not be used for extreme diving, or anything beyond their depth rating. Exposure to salt water or other chemicals may damage finishes or cause damage to the o-rings, gaskets, and other protective systems, which may compromise or damage internal components. Ensure that the crown is kept in the "closed" position unless setting time and/or date, as the crown in the "open" position may expose internal components to damage or humidity.
